If you have a VPN, you can connect to a server located across the country -- I use Private Internet Access' West Coast Streaming-Optimized server -- and make ESPN think that you're in "out of market" San Jose, California instead of Blacksburg. Then you can watch the game on ESPN/ACCNX without being blacked out. We've had so many RSN games lately that I haven't even bothered disconnecting the VPN on my NVIDIA Shield (Android TV) device.
