CALS, I can agree with some of what you say, but I disagree

on the ratios. Once again, imo, you are attempting to minimize Whit's incompetence. While I do agree Burruss has responsibility in this malaise, Whit still is ponderously responsible for the situation we're in. Burruss is responsible for the lack of oversight and the festering, but Whit is the cancer that keeps metastasizing over the body that is our AthDept. Whit is the main problem.
