So tell me what you feel Neo needs to do to stick in the bigs?

Im guessing they can tolerate he will be a below average defender but he needs to up his handle in traffic, and be more of a consistent knock down 3 shooter then he has shown so far. To be fair he doesn't get many step in 3s because he is being heavily contested with the ball, so his ability to drain openish 3s may be better then it appears.
