Promotion.

Was on the Illinois staff as an assistant coach. Became the associate head coach at West Virginia. So, was at the AHC level at VT, took a little bit of a lower job at his alma mater, then went back to AHC level. Illinois head coach Brad Underwood when Frazier left: "We thank Chester for his undying loyalty, his dedication. Nobody bled Orange and Blue more than him. ... His path as associate head coach is the next step. ... He was fantastic and wish him nothing but the best."
