How about a GM type? Who is currently doing grunt work of portal scouting? Evaluations? Putting $$ number on player to retain, to sign from portal?
Program was clueless as to market last year, what has fixed this? No matter how much you have in NIL you can't allocate it effectively without knowing the market.
