I think my Dad said it best. If you can't even win half the games in your conference, you don't belong in. 6-12 Texas has no business being in the tournament. Texas has one of the worst OOC schedules in the country, lost to tOSU, lost to UCONN and barely beat 'Cuse and NCSt as OOC wins. Oklahoma actually has some good wins OOC and started the season 13-0 beating Michigan, Louisville, and Arizona among others, then finished the season by only winning 6 conference games. Frankly, any conference having over 20% of the field is dumb and some limit should be placed on this for the future, which could actually curb a bit of expansion (or force conferences to break away from the NCAA?) PS: UNC lost to Alabama, Auburn and Florida from the SEC. So did Texas, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Georgia....you get the picture. Heck, even Tennessee lost their first tries against Florida and Auburn (beat them both the 2nd time they played)
