Blue blood type school…

Contacts player’s intermediary and says something like “if player R ever decides to hit the portal please let us know as we would have definite interest. I could see player R being worth say 400k in portal.” So player R enters portal and the school that originally advanced that hypothetical to the player thru a third party is quiet. No contact, no offer. Don’t think that isn’t happening out there especially one conference school messing with a player from another conference school. It is happening. Schools trying to mess up other conference schools by enticing their players to portal even if they don’t really care to obtain the player. Weakening an opponent by extraction. And even if the player returns to his original school, that school is paying more than they had to, thusly cutting into their pool of funds ** Edited by Rev.Zeke Vodka at 5/9/2024, 11:10:22 AM
