question about NIL and approach

I fully understand the perspective.. its right on... even with the impacts to other programs. However, I would like your insights Appears Coach Pry is all in Triumph, he's part of the marketing and using it as part of his program. I thought Kenny sorta did the same... however Appears Coach Young, is not as engaged with Triumph and NIL, he's not into selling Triumph, soliciting donations, etc. or really into the operation. To recruits, he gives the impression to me that to to players, he gives the message ? if you are interested in NIL its available" ... Chris . being more an insider, My question iis "Is my perception wrong, or is it simply money focused to football. thanks
