As long as they live in the city of Richmond there is nothing the VHSL

can do. Now if they prove the kid is not living in Richmond then they can do something. No different then my kid wanting to go to a school with better academics so I move. Hope they enjoy the state championship from one of the worst educational school systems in the state.
