He's tired, but he plays too many minutes. Duh!! That's why he has so many
turnovers. With RRice on the team this season, he wouldn't have to play 37 minutes a game, the TO's drop, Rice can MAKE his own plays and this team is 17-6 or better now. CMY planned for a team with Rice eventually playing 25-30 minutes a game. When he quit, that playbook went out the window and it was on to a not so good plan b.
