Freedom of speech does not equal freedom from consequences. Most employers

are going to have some sort of clause that involves making the company look bad especially in the official capacity of the job. In theory it should be fairly easy for most people to not go on the radio and use slurs... I'm not sure that's too much to ask from anyone let alone a basketball coach paid millions of dollars a year.
