Because Kansas is one of the "blue bloods"...

Kansas' program is well established as one of the top basketball programs in the country. They get what they want, similar, to Duke and the other "blue bloods". Turning down Kansas, would be like turning down a spot on the New York Yankees for the Washington Nationals. Also, I'm not sure that we need another guard. If I could get anyone else to commit, it would be a true 5-spot.
