1. He is not asked to be a primary scoring option for his new team. 2. He accepts that his handle and vision are great for a SF, not so great for a PG. Neo was miscast in his role this year, and it seems that was primarily by his own request. He will thrive and be a matchup nightmare if he's more of a facilitator in a point forward role. If he goes somewhere else hoping to be The Man, he will struggle again. He simply does not have the quickness or ballhandling ability to play the 1, possibly the 2 as well. But at the 3 or 4, he could be deadly.
