another school tried to swing big, without infrastructure

NC state wanted to swing in basketball, and obvioulsy not hiring a guy with investment to build. but thats the business to swing high. As a program, they tried and trying to get national publicity with Duke and UNC around the neighborhood, and football and basketball just middle of the pack.
