Is that what we're shooting for in MBB at Virginia Tech?
ND football level of success? Do we have a plan to secure our best recruiting class in 20 years? Because if so brother I promise you I will stfu about passing on the NIT lol.
Or, more likely, is our plan to once again assemble about the 9th to 14th best roster in an 18 team league and have a thoroughly NIT-caliber team that doesn't want to play in the NIT? I think you know the answer to that.
If the NIT is the most we can afford these days then I can live with that, but at least prioritize recruiting NIT-caliber guys who aren't so delusional about thinking they're too good for the NIT lol.
