The criticisms of Young are not strictly results oriented. They are process oriented. If anything, the “good” performances (such as winning against mediocre teams at home, if you count this) show exactly what the commentators have said -
This team has all the potential in the world (top 25 / sweet sixteen) and that potential has not been harvested by the coaching staff.
The best argument for Young consistently is that he’s the best we can do.
Avdalas obviously finally stepped into a shot with confidence today for the first time in .. months?
Does young get credit for that? Does he get any blame for it taking so long to resolve?
