Until we have an aggressive AD who cares about winning
then hoops is doomed to the eternal spin cycle of mediocrity that we have been enduring since the 1980s, with a brief interruption during the Buzz Era.
The only reason Franklin is in Blacksburg is because the BOV made it happen. Our athletic dept is about as insular and smalltown in its thinking as any in the country.
