Reminds me of an apartment story, i.e., selection committee
We helped a couple move out and clean the apartment. Did a bang up job. The manager came to inspect. Complimented the effort. When she left I teased the couple that it was the best she'd ever seen. So good, in fact, it was the closest she'd ever come to returning a damage deposit.
