Agree. Teams with great defenses win...almost always.
The offense can be hit or miss depending on many variables but defense only requires athleticism and effort.
Defense is just one reason that Duke is one of the premier teams in the US. Defense is why Tony Elliott's boring offensive approach was still a big time winner. Many disagree, but VT has had few great defensive teams.
