I feel like Boopie slowed up...
He knew he was going to get hit, so that last step he slowed up to make sure he did...which I think if you purposely put yourself into harm's way, there should be no flagrant.
I have watched enough basketball games lately to say let's get the refs away from the review monitor as much as possible. One way is to look to upgrade a foul to fragrant - let's stop doing this so we don't see there and watch the refs watch the game on a monitor they are suppose to ref.
