The one I can't understand is NC State
They are 31 in the NET, vs 59 for us. They are 0-4 in quad 1 games vs 1-2 for us. Both teams have 5 quad 2 wins. I'm guessing it's because they've had some big blowout wins (they beat FSU by like 50 last week).
