You have to prove yourself..
At every different level you play. No one cares what your stats were or recognition received at your former school or team. That’s irrelevant to current players when new players join. It is irrelevant to coaches as well. You prove yourself on the floor. It’s quite the primitive exercise. I trust that during the Fall our coaches had ample on court proof of who merits time on the floor. Only on the court do you earn run. Perhaps Pasha just hasn’t earned his minutes. Yet. That can still happen and there are always ebbs and flows with personnel and playing time. Gurdak broke through with his performance last night and evidently will earn more minutes moving forward, according to Coach Young. No reason to not expect the same for Pasha at some future point as the season unfolds. But you have to put yourself into position to earn minutes first. You have to persevere and stay prepared and we should expect Pasha will indeed do that and see some opportunities in the future to change his course.
