He wont run many things different than what he knows...
But it might look different to the fans.
There are principles within his offense that are the pillars for setting up everything he does. You dont change those pillars.
But he can get to the same looks at different positions based on how teams are choosing to defend VT/Neo.
For instance, the biggest staple of the MY offense is a ghost screen from the 4 onto the 1 into a pass to the 4 to set up the actions with the ball in the 4s hand.
You can get the same look with Neo as the 4 (obviously by keeping him as the 4), the PG or the wing.
As the PG, instead of a ghost screen it would be a simple ball screen with a pop from the 4, essentially changing spots but he doesnt give the ball up, he plays out of that spacing.
As a wing, you could throw to the 4, dribble hand-off to Neo and then play out of that with the 4 setting a pin-down and/or a flare from the 5/3 mocking the initial action.
In all 3 scenarios, Avdalas gets the ball where they want him to be. In all 3 scenarios they dont have to teach anything they havent already taught in their base principles. Its not "new" but it might look new. And fans might construe MY getting the ball to Avdalas in those situations as changing his philosophy of sharing the ball. But he really isnt...it'll just be Avdalas sharing the ball from multiple looks.
FWIW, I am most looking forward to VT playing through Hansberry, however. I think Avdalas is going to have a lot of gravity to him and the more defenses have to watch him AND the ball, the more VT can do to get open looks.
Hansberry is also a good passer and you could appease Avdalas as a PG by getting the ball out of his hands like VT would do normally and play through Hansberry while using Avdalas as the primary look out of whatever set youre running.
There's a lot you can do...but to answer your intended question...I do not see them changing much of what they already do.
Nor should they

Is Hansberry as good re: decison making as, say, Basile?**

Neo is the type of player that you fit your offense to.
