Not entirely sure, but it’s widely thought that Tobi will not fully enter the draft and will return to VT. He’ll get feedback from NBA scouts and work on it over the offseason. I’d imagine CMY and co at least somewhat believe the same and are well equipped for if and when he returns. I don’t think holding NIL for Tobi has a great effect on who CMY is looking for and trying to get in the portal either way.
