I have asked before...why not the Big12. Lots of good all sport names

Baylor, Houston, Texas Tech, TCU, Ok St, BYU, Az, Ks, etc which could mean so money guys in those Tx schools. Try a relegation model or something really creative that completely focuses on what fans and customers want. Do multiple made for tv events per year and perhaps an opening weekend of football in one long Labor Day weekend having 2 Thurs and Fri games, 3 Saturday games and 3 Sunday games in two big cities.

Would it actually help or hurt revenue per team?**

Big East has a contract with FOX. I would assume it would help**

Having a TV contract doesn't necessarily mean more ACC $$ per team
marcbvtgm 04/09/25 11:37 AM ET
No idea. But seems like the ACC is a dead man walking
kingofcassell 04/08/25 08:51 PM ET
That would be a 28-team league...**

Isn't that what the SEC or Big 10 are trying to achieve? :)**

I like this idea

In 2003 it would have been nice. Too late now.

Yes. The ACC started dying from a lack of winning.

Miami's program was pretty good
Walkin` Willie 04/08/25 04:27 PM ET
$EC money still > ACC + BigEast money. It’s all rosters/buying players
3TechFanz 04/08/25 10:56 AM ET
And buying the selection committees...
