Buzz only builds 1 team, he doesn’t build a sustainable program

At Marquette he inherited a good team and built them up to an elite 8, the next year they collapsed after everyone graduated. At VT he recruited 1 good class and a couple other good players (Hill, NAW) then kept them together for the 2019 run. At TAMU he had 2 decent classes during Covid and got a few transfers then coached them up the last few years. The talent pool currently is dry in college station. It’s time for Buzz to move on
