Not me - learned my lesson when we played Memphis State back in the

70s - Feb. 9, 1977 to be exact. We were down by 21 at halftime and a friend cajoled me into going to Dave's Hot Dogs for beer. I'll be doggone if we didn't come back and win that game - trailed by 25 with 15 minutes to go. Ron Bell hit two free throws with six seconds left. I said right then and there I would never leave a game early. Can't ever give up on the Hokies! ** Edited by Walkin` Willie at 1/16/2025, 4:24:02 PM
