It was good to have a date on the calendar "CIRCLED," and that is what
Bennett did to UVA. They were very meaningful games when, in this landscape, they are more and more rare. His teams have significantly ratcheted up my interest for our head-to-head games. His replacement will be inferior to him and that will lessen the excitement of our games.
I call it a net negative for VT and I usually root for UVa to fall on their ass every which way possible.
