Watched the entire 4 part 30 for 30 on Bill last night into early am hours

Well done of course, lots of grainy video from the 60’s and 70’s. He was a trail blazer in both the way he transformed the center role and his painting of outside the lines in the world of social activism. He was truly unbowed when it came to standing for his convictions. I was a fan yet i had no idea of the level of personal suffering he went through to play the game. The fans and media brutalized him out of ignorance. Orthopedic science was crude compared to today. His speaking about his Celtic teammates in part 4 was very emotional. They valued him for his sacrifices and only wanted what he could give to help them over the top. Great film
