"A coach that allows his players to just play"

Those are his words, not someone on an anonymous message board. That, in a nutshell, is my concern with Young's style of play and why it'll be hard to keep these young kids engaged. Reading between the lines, it's tedious. On the other hand, he sure gave Pedulla a long leash.
