To attract a better coach we will need to offer more than CMY is getting,

and also promise an increase in NIL money. The lack of NIL is much of the current problem, and we are not going to be able to attract the upgrade at coach that people want without an increase in NIL. And that is not going to be happening soon. So Coach shopping right now is not a good idea.
