Good to hear about the pitching performance, particularly Clement and transfer LeJeune. The one thing that jumped out to me was in the interview with Szefc, he mentioned Cooke is coming off a shoulder injury. I am hoping that is nothing major...he is by far our best defensive catcher so hopefully it won't limit him when we get to the spring. It looks like the staff started off the game with veterans and transfers primarily, so will be interesting to see how the battles for starting roles play out the rest of the fall.

I intended to go, but was unable so I got a buddy with boots on the ground to send me some info and answer some questions I had. There were some good tidbits. Maybe a few clues as to the starting lineup and pitching structure come spring, but I try not to put too much stock into it. I'll write up a few blurbs and post it later today.
