Honestly, they need to sit Greene...he's not spotting his pitches properly,
and he's simply 'all over the place' both physically and mentally...
Put him in the bullpen in long relief. He's not a confident pitcher---he needs to be placed in situations where there is less pressure so he can settle in. Green has been like this since the last quarter of the 2022 season. Get him the help he needs, so he can be effective as the season wears on.

since last season, no matter the weather condition. He's got great stuff, but his head is somewhere else.

He was solid against Charleston. And then bad defense made the box score look worse than it actually was last weekend. Same story today. If the defense makes the plays it's supposed to make, he only, at most, yields one run in the first inning.
Also, spotting pitches in the rain -- he's started twice in it in three starts -- and the cold, isn't the world's easiest task.
