Interference could be called on an obstructing field player

And the runner if interfering with play on a ball. As for the ump, they are "part of the field," but need to use appropriate mechanics to stay away from the play and still have good position to make calls. If a ball hits an ump, I believe is still live. I didn't see a video but did the runner get unreasonably far out of a "running lane."? Tossing a coach post-game is stupid. It's a matter for a higher pay grade than an ump, even if the coach bumped the ump.
