Head scratcher pinch hitting for Micheletti in the 9th…
With the game tied. One of our better hitters who had gone 3-4 and reached base 4 of 5 times and you bring in a freshman hitting around .200. And then it comes back to bite us in the 11th where his spot in the order was up and had to pinch hit Eisert with two outs and a runner in scoring position.
It was a good effort given we started Neff and went against their ace but we burned a lot of our bullpen and have to hope Renfrow and Stieg can deliver strong outings.

He didn't pinch hit for Micheletti, he subbed for him in the Top of the 9th
