Baseball is a unique sport where even the best teams lose a ton of games and get blown out during a season. You can’t read into one game, or sometimes even a series, or even a 10 game stretch. If a baseball team wins 2/3 in a series that’s excellent, so us going 1-1 means little. There’s a reason the world series is best of 7, cause it isn’t football where you hope to go undefeated and only play a dozen games a year. Having to go 2-0 to advance in a pool means it is really up for grabs (especially playing away from home). Even if we lose the regionals, while disappointing, folks just need to understand baseball is streaky and we have had a hell of a season... and everything is a bonus going forward
