I still think we could see another transfer pitcher depending on whether guys like Lazaro, Dean, Wise and Walsh return. In any case, things are certainly not as dire but am going to do a deeper dive on the stats for the transfers. My initial analysis is most of the transfers are decent replacements and in line with the type of transfer pitchers we have gotten in the past but not sure I see an upgrade really anywhere. Regarding velocities, I was able to find self-reported data on almost all the transfers with the exception of Powell, so I will create a new thread with that information.
