Reminds me of the 86 MLB World Series

Red Sox won the first 2 games over the Mets in NYC. Their manager decides to start journeyman Al Nipper in game 5 instead of slamming the door on them. He lost. And the daylight the Mets got from that resulted in the first time, ever, a team had won the first 2 on the road in a WS and lost the series. Pat Benatar said it best-Hit me with your best shot.
