I don't think there is anything that tracks movement over last x feet...

but I think the Swing Timing + Miss Distance tracking is a decent proxy as it shows which pitchers miss bats by the greatest distance which can be indicative of late/deceptive movement. Your question/idea is an interesting one as I would assume there is a way that they could track break in a subset of the overall distance the pitch traveled to show which pitchers have the most late break.
