Need to hire a coach who stresses fundamentals.
One would think that every VT player has been schooled on basic fundamentals since grade school, but it doesn't appear to be the case. Because of that, our coaches should drill fundamentals into our players everyday in practice. Fundamentals should be a reaction, not something they have to think about on the field or on the base path.
