Pitcher, Ryan Allard. He signed the NLI and he had to initate being released from VT thru NCAA. In a nutshell, they overstaffed pitching and need to get more experienced kids from the portal. Sure he can still go, possibly make the team, that is not what he wanted to do. So he has moved on.
