League, the rest of the leagues are a mixed bag. Only other delineation worth noting is the leagues that tend to take incoming freshmen just out of high school versus leagues that don't appear to have incoming freshmen. Based on VT players the last 5 summers, here is how I would categorize the leagues: Top Tier: Cape Cod Middle Tier: NECBL, Valley, Northwoods, Coastal Plain Bottom Tier: Appalachian, Perfect Game, Cap Ripken, Futures But in reality, I don't there is a ton of difference between the Middle Tier and Bottom Tier.
