coach Jim Belanger.
Szefc brought in Belanger to his original Maryland staff in 2013 from Monmouth. Maryland had their back-to-back super regionals in 2014 and 2015 and then in 2017, Belanger moved on to Kentucky for 3 years, then Florida State for 3 years and has been Clemson's pitching coach the last 3 years. So it is clear that he is pretty well-regarded as a pitching coach.
Szefc brought Ryan Fecteau into Maryland in 2017 from Bryant so Fecteau spent two years at Maryland with Szefc before coming to VT with him.
