As day…but absolutely ZERO WILL CHANGE until Sands and the BOV do something about it. It’s not a Whit thing…we know who and what he is. The AD role in the contemporary age is beyond his ability, capability, expertise…anyone can see this. If Sands cares as he says he does, then necessary changes will occur. To me however, it’s all PLATITUDES…I dont believe a word of it. The non stop, ongoing dysfunction continue and we aren’t getting any better, overall. The Football enterprise has been mismanaged to high heaven and all momentum from the Beamer years are long gone. Bottom line, we need new blood, thinking, expertise and a fresh perspective from (preferably) an outsider who can offer a rest set of eyes…otherwise, this mediocrity will continue, ad infitum.
