Clemson will win plenty of games with their white players and many teams with plenty of black players will get destroyed by Georgia.

I also like the idea of combining the NIT/NCAA/play-in games as well. That means all regular season champs that don't win their conference tournaments and don't get an at-large bid have to play their way in. This will still make the conference tournaments important for mid-majors so they can avoid the play-in games. They could play these games in New York and Dayton to keep the tradition of the NIT/play-in games.

This is like dismissing every UNC athlete's degree because some cheated. Or trashing Michigan State and Penn State alums because of the corruption of their Athletic Department. There are many good and successful people that went to Liberty just like there are scumbags that went to VT.

People don't want to pay hundreds of dollars and spend their time travelling to watch poor performances. While it is human to get upset about criticism, our fans are human as well and want and expect better than what we got last year.

Their only weakness is that they don't really have a true point guard and we saw Kansas State take advantage of that and force a lot of turnovers. Creighton and San Diego State are both very good defensive teams and will be tough matchups for FAU. FAU can beat both but it will be a chore. This Final Four could be one of the most competitive ever. I think the Texas-Miami winner can absolutely give UConn trouble as well.

UConn started 14-0 and looked like a top 5 team before having a major lull in conference play. They got their act together late season and are playing like they did in the non conference. This Gonzaga team isn't even close to as good as their two national runner up teams. They need some better guards from the transfer portal. They are missing a Jalen Suggs type player on the perimeter. Their frontcourt is good.

patterns. If Miami had given up 100 points to multiple teams - then I would think that they play a high tempo and poor defense. Miami has given up 54, 65, 61, 64, 88, 56, 64, 61, 53 points in their games this year. They have had 2 games out of 10 where they have given up a lot of points - Maryland and Cornell. I think it is just an outlier IMHO.

We will probably have about 14 or so Quad 1 and 2 NET games and need to finish with a winning record in those games. Last year before the ACC Tourney VT played 15 Quad 1 and Quad 2 Teams and was 5-10 in those games. That is why we needed to win the ACC Tourney.

All of Wells attempts are short/intermediate passes. There are very few deep ball attempts to try and get a quick and easy score. The running game is bland - most runs are between the tackles. VT is not making defenses defend the entire field. They are easy to stop.

I believe that Notre Dame does this (I know they did this 20 years ago) for incoming freshmen.

Delaware State, Lehigh, William and Mary, Charleston Southern, and Grambling are all sub 200 NET games. The Charleston Classic is interesting - Davidson is the only team there that should be pretty good. I know Colorado State made the NCAA tourney last year but don't know who is returning for them. We need to face both of them somehow. We need to hope that we get Illinois, Purdue, or Michigan State in the ACC/Big 10 challenge. Dayton at home should be a good game as well. We really need to schedule a made for television game with a big time program to help the SOS for our 11th game.
