It is true. But the way he left when he had a strong team and a great class

coming in is disappointing. It was selfish and destructive to VT, a school who showed him a lot of love. His impact at UK will not be the same. Duffy was already talking to other schools and was fairly open about it. I css as I understand the players transferring though I think the college should have some say in the matter.

He doesn't owe us anything. However, the opportunity here to be a legend

and achieve that status in the next five years was there. He gave that up and may take our players with him. These things take time and I don't think he will get that at Ky.

He called Kitley a generational player. He had the opportunity to be a

generational coach here. He could have impacted a lot of lives here besides the team. And the money, while not as good could still allow him to live comfortably and support his family. Who did we call on after the shootings? Frank Beamer. Some things go beyond money and prestige.

I don't think this will turn out well. His recruiting will take time and

there is a culture change to make. Kentucky is not known for women's basketball. Lexington is not a highly urban area either.
