Hey lawyer want to be's. If my kid was released from her job, given four
weeks of severance and has been asked to sign a "Severance Agreement", would the severance agreement keep her from collecting unemployment if she is still unemployed in four weeks?

From Staunton, but I have a Wisconsin story. I was in Madison circa 1990
and we went out to the bars.
One bar had a thing called "Getting Your Prescription Filled".
You handed the nice lady $5, she put you back in a dental chair and asked if your prescription was vodka or bourbon. I took vodka.
Then she leaned over you in a racy nursing outfit and took the dental tool that sprays water.
And sprayed straight liquor into your mouth until you tapped out. Could only do that once.

Our Burger King order accuracy is 0%. They don't say, "May I take your Or
They don't say, "May I take your Order?"
They say, "Take a wild guess what I am going to put in the bag."
Then it is still slow, even though they can throw anything that is ready in the bag.
And my wife still goes.

No tax payer will go unpunished. I spent 45 minutes verifying my identity
with the IRS who contracted a foreign national with a dog barking in the background.
Here is the punchline.
I paid them money with my tax return and they cashed the check.
The government has to pay a contractor to verify that a tax return is valid that comes with a check? You cannot be out there finding people who are not paying taxes or filing fake returns for refunds?
How does the country function.
