Will, you and your team should put together a program targeted at student athletes to help them understand the thought process of the average fan. Most fans have not played football, basketball, etc at a high level... some high school maybe. Student Athletes need to be reminded that they are playing at an elite level and many of the comments from fans are based on a laypersons thought process.
