Fiber guys just installed some of these on our road. They looked to be
about 3-4 feet long and simply manually screwed into the ground using a short bar inserted through the eye.

My LP tankless is mounted on an exterior wall - no venting required. Also,
LP company deducted cost of equivalent electric tank to reduce installation cost. Depending on your water quality, annual cleaning may not be needed. It's been 15 years since my last cleaning (I have a whole house water filtering system). I have it set at 130 degrees and never run out of hot water, no matter how simultaneous users. I'll never voluntarily go back to a tank type heater.

I'm done (not that anyone cares) and it has nothing to do with performance
of any players, teams, or coaches. I'm a long time Hokie Club member and 32-year season ticket supporter of VT amateur athletics, but I've had enough. I have no interest in supporting semi-pro teams at Tech, so I've purchased my last season tickets and made my last donation. I'll still cheer for them, but my financial support is over and done with.

My mom is 100. Our mayo was always in a cabinet - never in the fridge.
It's not the mayo in chicken salad that gets you sick after it sits out too long. It's the chicken!

Drove from Richmond area to Blacksburg on Monday and stopped at six ABC
Stores along the way. Five of the six had the hard to find bourbons on the shelves. The other one was expecting a drop at any moment. All stores apparently receive drops once a week, but can't put them out until told to do so. That's completely random (to them) with about 30 minutes notice. Also, employees can't purchase any product until it's been on the shelf for three hours.
