Sorry maroon and orange colored fans and alum…not a way to start a highly anticipated season.
(My goodness… knock their qb out of the game if you can’t stop him…at worst)
I hope the season provides positive surprises but .500 is a reality after this performance

No; he needs to adapt quickly or have a system that is able to be quickly
learned.
The system seems to take time to learn and based on all the previous departees, they possibly didn't get enough playing time early and left. idk but it's only getting worse.

Well written; adjust coaching style to allow for some younger players to
play more and grow (and not jump so quick).
Example: Jayden needs to play more.
Feel like every time he is in, he hits a shot.
But some adjustments definitely need to be made to get younger players in and to hopefully recruit better and appeal to some transfers.

Need more athleticism; Repeat need more athleticism
To make up for missed shots, turnovers, and sloppy plays.
And those loose balls and secondary chances at rebounds.

Really bad rebounding and def.
No secondary scoring options either is real concerning. Makes how special up to the Gameday appearance last week appear to be the peak.

There is a lot of concern heading into the offseason. I just don't see
where we get points from outside of Pedulla next year.
IDK.
Like how these kids fight but just seems that we are hitting a wall and not sure how to break out of it besides a major haul in the portal or just hit the reset button (which sometimes i want to see and some days i don't).
Feel a lot of teams can find their buckets on us as well. hard, driving, and athletic moves to the basket that usually go in. Why can't we do that outside of Pedulla and maybe Hunter?

Well said about a hungry coach and the recruiting aspect.
Have felt we have lost more than we have gained through the years with talent.
Yes - rooting for him since he is a VT guy but the headspin about this system and the way it is recruited is worrisome.
Don't get me wrong, great to have good kids but feel like we are lacking some tude on this team.

Unfortunately, there needs to be a dialogue.
How is this program going to move forward?
And is CMY the guy?
I fear next year when Cattoor won't be there to provide leadership.
Who fills his role?
Are we going to be any better next year than at the present time?

Hate to agree. One magical run with a lot of mediocrity.
If we don't hit 3's, it seems we don't have much chance.
If we have to grind out wins down low...doesn't happen.
Face athletic teams, we are a step behind.
Like these kids but still....moving forward it appears to be regressing.

Right on about the 21-22 ceiling.
And yeah, if things are as predicted that USC-E is a lower level SEC team, it shows that we are lucky to even be considered a NIT team.
I saw a game where VT was outhustled, pushed around, and lost every important rebound.
Basically, what we need is more size and athleticism so when the shots don't fall, we can push others around to battle for more shots. Like these kids but feel the team's ceiling is lower than what is actually predicted.

Experience in Zoning Application for a Residential Shed
Are you supposed to submit a Zoning Application/Permit in order to put a shed on a residential property? (your own)
I am putting a shed that is smaller in size and one that avoids triggering an actual building permit; but are you still supposed to submit a zoning app? (or does it matter?)
Any one install without one?

Based on what we lose...
Lose Mutts, Cattoor, Basile...
Where does the interior presence come from? And a guy that can be versatile like Mutts?
Feel like we are losing a lot more than we think.
Like all the kids but need some aggressive athleticism.
Watching these other conference tourneys and see a lot of need for toughness in order to advance in a tourney.
(Last year's ACC run was magical but believe it was just a moment in time and not a trajectory)

I got blasted after the Charleston loss for saying of the such…
Need to be bigger as a whole (and hopefully more athletic to a degree). We were manhandled by Texas in 2nd half and now recent games are starting to show lack of size. Idk. Hope there is improvement as season progresses and not .500 play….

Resume hitter, too reliant on the 3, and not athletic enough IMO
These are the ones that can bite come March (not saying a bad loss but not a good one to lose).
Shot selection when we were up by 5-8 in the 2nd half became suspect. Basile's 3's were not needed. He needs to be underneath.
And just sometimes, as shown in the past tourney appearnaces, we aren't athletic enough. I fear what we can run into when the shots aren't falling.
Basically, fear there is going to be no room for error without an ACC Tourney Champ.
